Ingredients: Toor daal 1/2 cup Masoor daal 1/2 cup soak it and then boil it until soft. Rice 1 cupCook the above 2 separately Onion 1 curry leaves 1strand cumin seeds 1/2 sp mustard seeds 1/4 sp turmeric 1/4 sp tamarind as much as you need for sourness salt to taste oil or ghee which ever you prefer.
Vegetables[you could add all or some from this list below] green beans potato carroto peas bell peppers tomatoes
For last seasoning Cashews little mustard curry leaves Ghee coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation: Place oil or ghee in the vessel and once it is heated add cumin, mustard, turmeric, curry leaves once this cracks up, add onions and sautee for a while till onions are cooked.Then add the tamarind water and boil for few min and add all vegetables that you desire and salt.Once vegetables are half cooked then add the daal and rice [already cooked separately] and mix it well, the consistency of this mixture has be like a thick daal so do add water to reach that consistency.Now add the Bisibellebath powder and stir it well and cook for a while add salt and mix well.Once you done mixing and feels like it is done add the last seasoning and coriander leaves and you are done making Bisibellebath!
